11.Prospect two hours per day & talk to 10 to 20 people per day looking for potential sellers that fit your

in. Leaving no stone unturned to find the house of your choice.
13.Keep you aware of the various methods of financing that you may want to use when writing an offer.
14.Help you craft the perfect offer ... price & terms.
15.Represent you on all offers to assure you are negotiating the best possible price & terms.
16.Handle all negotiations of the contract.
17.Lead all the follow-up upon a contract being accepted.
a.Including mortgage, title, inspections, appraisal, HOA & other closing procedures.
18.Oversee my “1st Contact to Close” system to ensure a successful transaction that closes on time.
19.Communicate with you weekly to advise you of the status and answer any questions you may have.
